Our hunting property is located on the Southern Illinois Wine Trail, near Cobden, Illinois. In 2010, we started remodeling a 65 year old horse/cattle barn that proudly displays Pre-Civil War era, Oak Support Beams that are notched and pegged. All the interior framing is original.  The 4 bedroom, 2 full bathroom lodge has a unique "stamped" concrete floor on the main level, Norwegein Pine Walls and Yellow Pine Flooring upstairs.  All rooms have Central Air Conditioning and Heat and High Defination/Digital Television. There is 47" TV in the upstairs living room. The kitchen has all new Stainless Steel Appliances and Craftmade Cabinets. There is a Magnolia Wood Burning Stove in the Kitchen Area and a covered Front Porch with a Cypress Porch Swing and Adirondack Chairs. 

The lodge sits on 120 acres of outstanding deer and wildlife habitat and consists of CRP ground, mature hardwood timber, creeks and a 1 1/2 acres stocked pond.

Please Note: Our hunting lease does not include any meals or any services that an Outfitter or Guide would provide to hunters. The lease only includes lodging and the Hunting Rights to the Property for a specified time.
